Vintage 1999 McDonald's Inspector Gadget Happy Meal Build-A-Figure Parts Lot
Go-Go-Gadget nostalgia! Revisit one of the most clever fast-food marketing campaigns of the late 90s with this authentic vintage 1999 McDonald's Inspector Gadget Happy Meal build-a-figure parts lot. Released to promote the 1999 live-action movie starring Matthew Broderick, this innovative 8-piece promotional set required kids to collect different Happy Meal toys to snap together a massive, 15-inch fully articulated Inspector Gadget action figure.
This offering is for a 5-piece component parts lot only. It includes both legs, both arms, and the iconic helicopter hat. It does not include the torso, head, police badge, or squirt gun accessories required to finish the complete build. It is an exceptional, fully tested pickup for a toy restorer, collector, or retro enthusiast looking to complete their own unfinished 90s Gadget figure.

Component Condition Statement (5-Piece Lot / Fully Tested & Functional)
This vintage promotional parts lot has been thoroughly inspected, detailed, and graded under transparent hobby standards:
-
The Helicopter Hat: Good condition. The central internal mechanism is fully operational—when you spin the yellow helicopter blades, the gear system still cleanly makes its signature clicking mechanical sounds.
-
The Left & Right Legs: Good condition. The secret utility features are intact; the right leg casing successfully opens up to reveal the hidden fold-out plastic wrench tool. The internal extension springs on both legs are completely intact and can still be manually pulled out smoothly to extend his height.
-
The Left & Right Arms: Good condition. The extension gimmick is functional, allowing both yellow gloved hands to be pulled out cleanly from the sleeve sockets to extend his reach.
-
Cosmetic Shape: All pieces are in good, clean vintage condition. The blue and yellow plastic retains great color with only typical surface scuffs, minor handling marks, and faint paint wear on the hands and shoes consistent with light vintage play. The connection joints are sturdy and unbroken.
-
Storage Environment: Maintained strictly inside a smoke-free, pet-free, and climate-controlled hobby facility completely away from direct sunlight, dampness, or UV exposure.
