Vintage 1984 Voltron Black Lion Pull-Back Action Figure LJN Toys

Form feet and legs! Revisit the golden age of 1980s robot anime with this authentic vintage 1984 Voltron Black Lion pull-back action figure. Released by LJN Toys during the peak of the original Voltron: Defender of the Universe broadcast, this classic toy represents the legendary leader component of the Voltron force. Molded in sturdy plastic with classic 80s mechanical detailing, this loose figure features a functional internal pull-back motor that sends the lion rolling forward across flat surfaces.

This offering is for the loose action figure only. The pull-back motorized action is fully functional and the lion retains its original tail. It does, however, show cosmetic signs of age and battle wear from decades of play and is missing its removable red wing accessory. It is an excellent, budget-friendly fixer-upper piece for a restoration project, a custom toy builder, or a nostalgic shelf display.

• Mechanical Status: The pull-back motor mechanism is fully functional and tested working. The leg joints and head articulation move fine, holding position well for display. The original plastic tail is present and intact.

• Missing Accessories: The original removable red wings are not included with this item.

• Cosmetic Condition: Shows clear signs of vintage play and age. There is a noticeable paint scuff on the lion's face/muzzle area. Additionally, some of the original metal assembly bolts and screws show visible oxidation/rusting. The plastic body is otherwise free of structural cracks or deep gouges.

• Storage Environment: Maintained strictly inside a smoke-free, pet-free, and climate-controlled hobby facility completely away from direct sunlight, dampness, or UV exposure.
